The mission of The Emerald Doula is to provide competent, caring, and evidence-based care and resources for clients by using an integrated public health approach to address the prenatal, birth and postpartum health and wellbeing of black and brown birthers.

BAE Culture
Breastfeeding Empowerment and Awareness (BAE) Culture weaves together principles of reproductive justice, trauma-informed care, and perinatal mental health delivering a multi-pronged approach to support Black families and advance health equity. BAE offers dynamic community programming for families, consulting and training for professionals, & more. By protecting, promoting, and uplifting Black breastfeeding, BAE seeks to eliminate health disparities and promote a lasting, multigenerational culture of health.

The Mission of Earthside Village Birth Services is to provide holistic support to women to improve birth outcomes. We aim to reduce maternal mortality and poor birth outcomes by supporting families through advocacy, education, and empowerment.

Fit Moms of Philly is an innovative fitness life style brand born January 2017. Our goal is to launch and develop a brand that holds women accountable 3 main areas in there lives: Physical Activity, Team Building, and Nutrition. Fit Moms of Philly prides itself on ""Fitness through action and accountability"" as the brand believes in empowering women to take their fitness, and nutrition into their own hands.

At Life and Lactation our mission is to empower and uplift parents as they journey into parenthood with an immediate focus on antepartum, postpartum, and extended lactation. We are dedicated to promoting the importance of breastfeeding; while providing a nurturing space for parents to navigate their lactation journey with confidence and ease. The goal is to build a community in which parents feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Phoenix Rising Birth Works
The mission of Phoenix Rising Birth Works is to support Indigenous women (particularly those of us known in the current socio-political paradigm as Black and/or African-American) in their journeys of pregnancy, birth, postpartum transition & mothering through wholistic wellness and healing arts.

Chosen Kin
Chosen Kin: a circle honoring Black, queer + trans parenthood supports a pilot where virtual and in-person healing offerings would be provided to Black Queer + Trans parents (including, but not limited to gestational and non-gestational parents, lactating parents, adoptive parents, co-parents, and folks trying to conceive.

Nurture + Thrive
Nurture + Thrive Holistic Doula Care (N+T) is a community doula practice that provides perinatal doula services in Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey. Our mission is to provide holistic, comprehensive, and evidenced based doula care that acknowledges the physical, educational, mental, social, and spiritual factors that can impact perinatal journeys and to provide doula support from a person centered perspective, where a birthing person needs, values, agency, and desires are at the forefront.

Odyssey of Eden
Odyssey of Eden has a strong focus on maternal health and provides doula services, breastfeeding support, and maternal health education. The organizations educates and makes life easier for at risk mothers/birthing individuals.

Philly Birth Fund
The Philly Birth Fund (PBF) provides funds to support access to homebirth midwifery care and other pregnancy-related services for Black women, Black birthing people, and their families in Philadelphia in an effort to reduce Black maternal mortality and morbidity.

At Royal Generation, we are a compassionate nonprofit organization committed to making a positive impact on the lives of black birthing people in Philadelphia. Our vision is to create a future where every black birthing person in our community has equal access to comprehensive healthcare and support, regardless of their socioeconomic background thus improving maternal outcomes. Guided by our motto, "It Takes a Village," we believe that by coming together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive community.
